Product Introduction

The DAF pressurized flotation system applies shallow tank theory and zero velocity principle, successfully solving the efficiency problems of traditional flotation equipment. The system mainly consists of dissolution tank, release unit, flotation tank, and skimmer. Circulation water from the treatment tank is mixed with air through pressurized pumps into the dissolution tank, where air completely dissolves in water under high pressure. When the pressurized dissolved air water passes through the specialized release device into the flotation tank, it instantly depressurizes to generate numerous micro-bubbles of 20-100 microns in diameter. These micro-bubbles combine with the flocculated matter in the coagulated wastewater to form aggregates with specific gravity less than water, quickly floating to the surface to form a scum layer, which is then removed by the skimmer. This technology is particularly suitable for removing suspended solids, oils, and heavy metal ions from wastewater, playing an important role in food processing, textile dyeing, chemical pharmaceutical industry wastewater treatment, providing efficient and stable wastewater pre-treatment solutions for enterprises.
