The heat pump box type sludge drying system provides an efficient and energy-saving sludge treatment solution. The system adopts heat pump dehumidification technology to achieve low-temperature sludge drying, effectively reducing energy consumption while ensuring treatment effectiveness, making it an ideal choice for sludge reduction in modern wastewater treatment plants.
Heat Pump Dehumidification Principle
Using four core components – compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator – to form a closed-loop system, the refrigerant circulates in the system and exchanges heat with the environment through state changes. Low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor, releases heat in the condenser, throttles through the expansion valve, and then enters the evaporator for heat absorption, completing the refrigeration cycle.
Air Duct Circulation System
The system forms a closed circulation air duct internally: blower → drying hopper → filter → heat exchanger → evaporator → condenser, ensuring continuous heating of sludge by high-temperature air, and the dehumidified air is reheated for recycling after passing through the evaporator.

Widely applied in sludge drying treatment for textile dyeing, food processing, chemical pharmaceutical, electroplating surface treatment and other industries, particularly suitable for enterprises requiring sludge reduction treatment in Vietnam’s industrial zones, effectively solving problems such as high sludge disposal costs and transportation difficulties.
