Product Introduction
Magnetic levitation expansion generator is an innovative device that utilizes the technical advantages of frictionless high-speed operation with magnetic levitation bearings to convert pressure and thermal energy of organic medium gas into mechanical energy, and then convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. This product is mainly applied in ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) waste heat power generation units, which can effectively improve unit efficiency and reliability.
The technical principle of the product is based on the organic Rankine cycle system, utilizing the low boiling point characteristics of organic working fluid to obtain high steam pressure under medium-low temperature conditions (above 80°C) to drive the expansion turbine to work, converting low-quality heat source into high-quality electrical energy. This technology is particularly suitable for medium-low temperature waste heat power generation fields, effectively utilizing low-grade thermal energy that is traditionally difficult to utilize.
The magnetic levitation expansion generator adopts advanced technologies such as magnetic levitation bearings and high-speed motors. During operation, the rotor is completely suspended without friction, significantly reducing mechanical transmission and friction losses, notably improving unit efficiency. Throughout the product’s lifecycle, no lubricating oil or oil station system is required, greatly reducing equipment size and weight, maintenance costs and workload.
This product currently offers three power levels: 100kW, 200kW, and 300kW, with output voltage of 400V and output frequency of 50Hz, using R245fa as working fluid. Equipment weight ranges from 380kg to 540kg, showing significant weight advantage compared to traditional power generation units.
Industry Applications
Magnetic levitation expansion generators are mainly applied in petrochemical industry (condensation after hydrocarbon fractionation, waste heat from natural gas pipeline compressor units), power industry (power plant boiler flue gas), steel industry (converter, sintering gas cooling process) and other fields. It is also widely used in waste incineration, industrial boiler flue gas, process gradient energy utilization, geothermal and other medium-low temperature waste heat power generation fields above 80°C.
